P90x is definitely worth doing without the diet! I LOVE the workouts! I have been doing the workouts -in no particular order- and trying to stay around 1200 high protein calories since Jan 17th and have lost 10 lbs and an inch in my thighs and an inch in my hips. So I'm excited to keep going. Now granted...I have exercised…

My faves - Budweiser select 55 or vodka and light cranberry juice. Yummy!

Go for it! I LOVE filling food :) If I feel deprived I'll be a goner! My first few days were the healthiest with all the veggies but I need to go to the store again :)

OH YES!!!!!! I SO know what you are going through! This has been an ongoing struggle for me for about a year now. (Even had the dreaded colonoscopy. UGH) Gas, bloating and stomach distension had me convinced I was either pregnant or had colon cancer. But thankfully I just have a sensitive gut I guess. The only things that…

Yes - I'm guilty. Skinny Cow makes an awesome 150 cal ice cream cup for when I've been really good. It's what gets me through the day for now. And I plan on "splurging" meaning not counting calories on a couple special occasions coming up:tongue:

calcium - I used to work in phlebotomy (blood banking) and if someone was donating platelets it would temporarily deplete them of calcium while on the machine(side effect of the additives) ....so we kept Tums handy for the donors to eat while donating. It helped a lot. I would definitely ask a doctor though.

Okay so I'm going out of my comfort zone here and going to comment.... I think you are in a real hard place here because for me at least (can't speak for anybody else) you look AMAZING and I am struggling to get where you are! Actually about 10 -15 lbs more is my goal! LOL! Anyway with that said, I realize everyone has…

I feel EXACTLY the same! You are definitely not alone. I do not know any of my MFP friends and it's taking me a bit to warm up to "friending" and commenting but I think I'm loving have this separate world of friends to help me in this one very important part of my life!

I was thinking of letting my toddlers make their own personal pizza tonight with whole wheat flat bread and the regular stuff on top! I figure they can put sauce and cheese and turkey pepperoni to their liking and I can modify mine with just tomato sauce, skimp on the cheese and double the meat:tongue: My husband of course…

Ahhh I SO understand. Don't you just get sick of being consumed by thinking about your weight, clothes, how you feel, how you look etc.? UGH! It's exhausting. I really just want to FORCE myself to be okay with how I look and get over it! Some days I just want to say #@% it ...I have more important things to worry about…
