I don't hear it from people who see me regularly. Maybe for the same reason I have trouble seeing it in myself. They see the gradual change and get used to it. People I see every couple weeks though? They say things for sure!

I actually figured that she stopped on purpose as at that point Jillian is talking about the other girl and her technique, and didn't want Natalie's exercise in the background to confuse anyone.

Lots of Roasted Recipes on here! I'll add to the list. We make this at home ALL the time! NAME OF RECIPE: Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Apples and Onion INGREDIENTS: Lots of Brussel Sprouts 2 Large Apples of your choice (I prefer Fuji) 2 Large Onions (the more the better...we love onions) Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salt Garlic…

Healthy school lunches? **cough cough**lol**cough cough** Don't eat them. It's all processed anyway. I use to eat them because I'm terrible at remembering to bring lunch with me to school. Since I've started here though, if they don't have a salad at the cafe, I'll just skip lunch altogether.

Thanks for the post! You and I are built nearly identically...and we don't look that different either. I started at the same weight you did. Awesome to see my future results. :-) Thanks again.

Another guy here. Just over a month in and 9 lbs down. If you stick to your regimen, you'll see results!

I'm with you on the big frame thing. No photos here, but I need a new belt like, yesterday. Weight training is keeping my "loss" relatively low, but I can sure tell the difference in composition. J

It's my wife! Hey babe! :-)

I started at 318 and do the 30 day shred. Only thing that sucks is jumping jacks as my gut hurts from flopping about (sorry for TMI). I'm beginning to understand why you women-folk complain about your...uh...girls...when you exercise! haha

Here I am! As the great Red Green says... "I'm a man, but I can change. ...if I have to... ...I guess."

Too many to list. Community and Modern Family are about the best for laughs these days I think. Fav of all time? Arrested Development

Well, I'll chime in. I feel like the token "man" doing 30 Day Shred. I ordered it not knowing anything about it other than the reputation it has on MFP. Seems to be focused on the female, but I figure the workout is better than no workout at all. I just tune out Jillian when she's talking to the "ladies." haha I'm halfway…

I have torn cartilage in my knee and used that as an excuse not to exercise for a long time, too. I finally coughed up some cash for a medical grade knee brace designed for activity (not the CVS or Wal-mart braces). Best money I've ever spent. I'm riding (weather permitting) 7 - 12 miles a day now. For you real bikers out…

I know that my meals don't match up EXACTLY with the options when you select what you've eaten...so I know there's some wiggle room. In general, as long as I'm around 300 cals of my target, I don't worry about it. :-)

Welcome aboard. Just finishing my first week, but already seeing results. This is the place to be. :-) J

Okay, I give. Here's a link my wife sent me. http://www.marthastewart.com/recipe/guilt-free-brownies Gotta love Martha.

Sorry to toy with everyone's emotions. It's just who I am. :-P Lots of replies in just a little time. Impressive! J
