Well I do Zumba and Kickboxing on the side since 30 mins is really too short for me. (Watch me regret saying this later on!) I'm in college too and trust me, it's hard to lose weight with 'Chik fil a express' offered in the cafe. and it's easy to use tests as an excuse to not exercise or eat healthy. If your college offers free exercise group classes, like Zumba and Kickboxing, go to them! They're free and they're so much fun!

I get bored easily with her voice. So I put her on mute, put in Netflix and workout while watching something. And I hurl every insult I know at her.

Don't feel odd! Lots of people log on their meal plans ahead of time. I certainly try to because it helps me and is less stressful.

I plan for breakfast and dinner. I have classes that are back to back so sometimes I don't get to have lunch until 1pm. So at least that way I can make a choice on what to eat for lunch already knowing what my calorie count is for the rest of the day.

Maybe start with something less intense? right now I'm doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and it kicks my butt. But stamina and strength does build up! And I mix 30DS with her Ripped in 30 workout too. They're a killer too but it will be worth it in the end!

I've actually already started exercising but I haven't actually monitored calories burned so I definitely am looking for friends! My goal is to lose 40 pounds!
