What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't eat the huge restaurant portion of food
What would I have done differently? Ate a little more calories during the day so I wouldn't have such a deficit in the evening

What is today's personal goals? check in - track - help my aunt move items into her new house (yes 70 years old and bought her first house). Will go back Sunday and move more. I was going to take my daughter to the mall today but the mall is in the town where the bombing suspect goes to college UMASS. My daughter is afraid to go to the mall because it's in the same town - So sad what this world is coming too. Not letting her watch the news. The other day she drove through Boston with her father on the way home from Vermont and was scared. We will shop but at a different mall in a different town!!!! This hit way too close to home!!!

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I went for a small walk as planned on busy work day with my husband even though it was late, dark and drizzly.
What would I have done differently? not eaten as much chocolate after dinner.
What is today's personal goals? I have already gone for my walk run around Greenlake. So now I need to get in my water and watch my food.

Thanks! My trick was to cut off the portions I wasn't planning to eat and put them to the side of the plate before I started. If I don't do that, I end up eating it all and having a stomach ache because I'm not used to that much food anymore!0 -

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes, I went out to dinner for my SILs birthday for tepponyaki so too much salt which couldn't be avoided but I stayed under.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? exercise, staying under despite going out to dinner, not eating after coming home from dinner. We went out for froyo and that was good

Back from the weekend yesterday. Took my MIL up to her house in Northern Ontario and
they got a lot of rain and the roads were flooded. The main highway was also blocked off so
we had to use detours there and back. We were going to stop and visit my SIL who is in
Hospice but she was having a bad day and didn't want her mom to see her like that.
She has been there for 5 days now. The signal for internet was non existent there for some
reason and I lost all of my 145 days. So back to scratch again. :ohwell:

What would I have done differently? Started keeping track of meals on paper but soon let it slip
because of alcohol consumed. :ohwell:
