    Tues - Pilates Reformer Class 60 mins.
    Wed.- Cleaning my downstairs today
    Thurs - Biking with turbo trainer 30 mins.
    Fri - Leslie Sasone Walking DVD 2 miles 30 mins. + 20 mins biking

    Mon- 55 min Legs and Cardio for 20
    Tues - 60 min back/bicep and abs
    Wed.- 50 min chest/tri and cardio 25
    Thurs - 55 min Legs/Calves and Abs
    Fri - 45 min Shoulders Cardio 15 mins
    Sat- Cardio 45 mins and Abs
    Sun- Abs/Cardio 30 mins

    I would like to join in if you don't mind. I need to get back to basics again after a challenging busy time and want a daily check in format. I noticed this awhile back and thought it was brilliant! so here goes.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes considering we had a family party.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, see above
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I stayed close to calorie goal despite a family celebration
    What would I have done differently? gone to bed earlier
    What is today's personal goals? it was to go to Aquafit which I did but also drink more water and eat healthier

I tried tofu cream cheese with chives - YUM!!! With the exception of the chocolate martinis and red wine - the weekend was healthy ;-)
