    I will be off for a long weekend to a beach in the olympic national forest. No wifi. So will check in on Sunday night or Monday morning.
    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes,
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? didn't eat after dinner
    What would I have done differently? gone to bed earlier
    What is today's personal goals? getting a walk after we get to the beach.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 12 minutes of brisk walking with no ankle issues afterwards (I'm going to try to start walking briskly a bit more but don't want to push it)
    What would I have done differently? Smothered that whipped cream my son didn't want all over my pancakes (just kidding...okay not really ;)
    What are today's personal goals? Stay on track & at least 15 minutes on the bike

    What would I have done differently? Stopped eating after dinner. That's when your partner
    knows you love ice cream and I can't say NOOOO!.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Weeded all the flower beds 150 mins.
    What is today's personal goals? Track all food, ice cream is gone:tongue: and keep going with
    healthy choices.

    Mon- Travel day no exercise
    Tues - Pilates Reformer class 60 mins.
    Wed.- Pilates Reformer class a make up class 60 mins. and cleaning downstairs.
    Thurs - Biking 30 mins on turbo trainer(hope to have that off so I can ride on the road soon.)
    Fri - Weeded all the flower beds 150 mins.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No goal it was a rest day.
    What would I have done differently? Maybe go for a walk instead of doing no exericse
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Caught up on things around the house while Dave worked on the boat.

    What would I have done differently? Made a healthy dinner instead of eating the microwave meal (still within nutritional goals, but I'm trying to eat clean 75% of the time)
