    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? yes
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went to step, also kept it light at dinner (maybe too light)
    What would I have done differently? should have fit some protein in at dinnertime
    What is today's personal goals? eat in balance every meal/snack (for the rest of the day) , stay low carb
    Mon - 60 minutes step - MISSED
    Tues - 60 minutes step DONE
    Wed - 60 minutes body pump - missed, may get to 30 minutes tonight
    Thurs - 45 minutes step
    Fri - 60 minutes step -
    Sat - 60 minutes step, 35 minutes pump
    Sun - 60 minutes step

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes although my husband helped meal wise
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I took 2 small walks on my busy work day instead of giving up on having exercise and drank more water. I even seem to see the weight coming back down again.
    What would I have done differently? eaten less after dinner although I did better
    What is today's personal goals? keep dring more water, keep on doing the basics.

    What would I have done differently? Keep at 1400 cals. not used to the increase in calories yet.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Exercised
    What is today's personal goals? Exercise and track everything get back to 1400 cals. schedule.

    Mon- Walked 35 mins. 2.6 miles outside
    Tues - Pilates Reformer class 60 mins.
    Wed.- Walking 35 mins. 3.6 miles + 8,453 steps so far today

    Great group! I am a working mom and also recovering from a severe ankle fracture (June). I do some walking and shoot baskets with my son on weekends and the stationary bike (low impact on the ankle) on week nights (15-25 minutes/3-5 miles).

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Kind of, I went over on protein but I don't think that is a bad thing to go over on every now and then!
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? When sharing dinner with friends I avoided that last Dolmade!
    What would I have done differently? Not gone so over on protein
    What is today's personal goals? Stay on track and at least 15 minutes on the exercise bike

    Hi everyone! My name is Alecia...39 year old mommy of 1 vivacious 7 year old girl, and a small biz! Just starting on this, so here we go...
    Due to my busy schedule, I can really only do mornings usually on weekdays, but commit to doing these 4-5 days a week.
    I plan to start Thursday with a 9:30 am spinning class and Friday with an 8:30 am class. I am going to try to do another on Saturday at 8:30 am if I can get my fiancee to watch my daughter...here we go! How exciting. 10 LBS. to lose by 6/8!! Let's make it happen, that's all I can say!

    Want to get back to being in shape after some crazy, life changing events(good ones, but big changes).

    What is today's personal goals? Eat primal, running
    Mon - 60 minutes yoga (done)
    Tues - 60 minutes hot yoga (done)
    Wed - Week one workout one Couch to 5K (done)
    Thurs - Gillian Anderson Kick Boxing
    Fri - Week one workout two Couch to 5 k
    Sat - 90 minutes hot yoga

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Six miles on the stationary bike with lots of impromptu "push-ups" on while on the bike
    What would I have done differently? Ate a little more calories during the day so I wouldn't have to make up for it in the evening
    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calorie goal. This may be a rest day for exercise depending on how I feel tonight

    What would I have done differently? not much except to check in earlier today.
    What is today's personal goals? I went for that small walk after work tonight even though it was later.

    printed them out for the Nutritionist.
    What is today's personal goals? Exercise and track everything pack for the weekend.

    What would I have done differently? Ate a little more calories during the day so I wouldn't have such a deficit in the evening

    What would I have done differently? track!!!!
    What is today's personal goals? check in - track - help my aunt move items into her new house (yes 70 years old and bought her first house). Will go back Sunday and move more. I was going to take my daughter to the mall today but the mall is in the town where the bombing suspect goes to college UMASS. My daughter is afraid to go to the mall because it's in the same town - So sad what this world is coming too. Not letting her watch the news. The other day she drove through Boston with her father on the way home from Vermont and was scared. We will shop but at a different mall in a different town!!!! This hit way too close to home!!!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I went for a small walk as planned on busy work day with my husband even though it was late, dark and drizzly.
    What would I have done differently? not eaten as much chocolate after dinner.
    What is today's personal goals? I have already gone for my walk run around Greenlake. So now I need to get in my water and watch my food.

    Thanks! My trick was to cut off the portions I wasn't planning to eat and put them to the side of the plate before I started. If I don't do that, I end up eating it all and having a stomach ache because I'm not used to that much food anymore!

    I need to start on Sunday since that starts my week! :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

    Sun- 5 mile run / 20 min strength training
    Mon - 5 mile run / 3 mile walk / 20 zumba
    Tues - 5 mile treadmill
    Wed - 5 mile run
    Thurs - 6 mile walk
    Fri - 3 mile walk
    Sat - rest



    I'm having a hard time getting my morning run in! I want to plan my workout and put it in front of me, so I would have to do it! :happy: :happy:
