    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Cleaned my SIL's house again as she is still in the hospital.
    What is today's personal goals? Exercise and track everything.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes I seem to be making small steps in the right direction
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Had a healthy dinner thanks to my husband making salmon
    What would I have done differently? planned lunch and dinner ditto
    What is today's personal goals? drink more water, get back into exercise routine, eat better ditto and check in

    GoldK: SIL will be 5 weeks in the hospital today and she has cancer and not
    doing well. No more treatments and will be put in hospice soon.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? not feeling well - took a nap. Went to my SIL bday party - no cake and no ice cream for me - :-)
    What would I have done differently? track my calories and check in - It wasn't a great work out week for me - back to working out 4-5 times starting tomorrow
    What is today's personal goals? check in - feeling better - cleaned the house - reorganized my home office - grocery shopping

    I was happy I tracked my whole weekend even if I went over on calories. I gained a pound this weekend
    so I will be able to take that off by next weigh in. Tracking this weekend kept me accountable.

    I am gaining although I seem to have a calorie deficit so I need to figure that out. I probably just need to continue to make the improvements I have been working at but lately I have done well during the day and then get hungry at night so I need to redistribute my calories better.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes and no I am staying within calorie limits but need to stick to home cooked meals and eating earlier in the day.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? I am doing better with everything but not need to keep improving
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I went to Aquafit despite busy day
    What would I have done differently? checked in and eaten less after dinner
    What is today's personal goals? start planning meals better, be careful with calories, start to add small walks on days I don't have anyother exercise. OK I can 't do that all today.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? did a better job with carbs/cals than I have been
    What would I have done differently? didn't need the chocolate after dinner

    Mon - 60 minutes step - MISSED, didn't feel great, couldn't find parking so went home - bummer that my streak at the Y is over - but I probably needed a rest day after 14 straight days of exercising at least an hour

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I took 2 small walks on my busy work day instead of giving up on having exercise and drank more water. I even seem to see the weight coming back down again.

    Great group! I am a working mom and also recovering from a severe ankle fracture (June). I do some walking and shoot baskets with my son on weekends and the stationary bike (low impact on the ankle) on week nights (15-25 minutes/3-5 miles).

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Kind of, I went over on protein but I don't think that is a bad thing to go over on every now and then!
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? When sharing dinner with friends I avoided that last Dolmade!
    What would I have done differently? Not gone so over on protein
    What is today's personal goals? Stay on track and at least 15 minutes on the exercise bike

    Hi everyone! My name is Alecia...39 year old mommy of 1 vivacious 7 year old girl, and a small biz! Just starting on this, so here we go...
    Due to my busy schedule, I can really only do mornings usually on weekdays, but commit to doing these 4-5 days a week.
    I plan to start Thursday with a 9:30 am spinning class and Friday with an 8:30 am class. I am going to try to do another on Saturday at 8:30 am if I can get my fiancee to watch my daughter...here we go! How exciting. 10 LBS. to lose by 6/8!! Let's make it happen, that's all I can say!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Six miles on the stationary bike with lots of impromptu "push-ups" on while on the bike
    What would I have done differently? Ate a little more calories during the day so I wouldn't have to make up for it in the evening
    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calorie goal. This may be a rest day for exercise depending on how I feel tonight
