I was happy I tracked my whole weekend even if I went over on calories. I gained a pound this weekend
so I will be able to take that off by next weigh in. Tracking this weekend kept me accountable.

I am gaining although I seem to have a calorie deficit so I need to figure that out. I probably just need to continue to make the improvements I have been working at but lately I have done well during the day and then get hungry at night so I need to redistribute my calories better.

Great group! I am a working mom and also recovering from a severe ankle fracture (June). I do some walking and shoot baskets with my son on weekends and the stationary bike (low impact on the ankle) on week nights (15-25 minutes/3-5 miles).
Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Kind of, I went over on protein but I don't think that is a bad thing to go over on every now and then!

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? When sharing dinner with friends I avoided that last Dolmade!

Hi everyone! My name is Alecia...39 year old mommy of 1 vivacious 7 year old girl, and a small biz! Just starting on this, so here we go...
Due to my busy schedule, I can really only do mornings usually on weekdays, but commit to doing these 4-5 days a week.
I plan to start Thursday with a 9:30 am spinning class and Friday with an 8:30 am class. I am going to try to do another on Saturday at 8:30 am if I can get my fiancee to watch my daughter...here we go! How exciting. 10 LBS. to lose by 6/8!! Let's make it happen, that's all I can say!
