I would like to join in if you don't mind. I need to get back to basics again after a challenging busy time and want a daily check in format. I noticed this awhile back and thought it was brilliant! so here goes.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I stayed close to calorie goal despite a family celebration
What would I have done differently? gone to bed earlier
What is today's personal goals? it was to go to Aquafit which I did but also drink more water and eat healthier

Haven't done well with exercise lately. Push ups & dips pretty regularly, but no cardio.... argghh! I did lose another pound this past week!

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? had a fabulous weekend with my college friends that I haven't seen in 22 years. 9 of us rented a beach house in Gloucester, MA. Fantastic weekend!!! I tried tofu cream cheese with chives - YUM!!! With the exception of the chocolate martinis and red wine - the weekend was healthy ;-)
