Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes but I missed yoga because of a work phone call
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? stayed under and did the elliptical for 40 mins
What would I have done differently? not eat back so many exercise calories
What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories and the elliptical. I will miss yoga today because my meeting was rescheduled. Boy do I hate when work gets in the way of my workouts :laugh:

    What would I have done differently? found a way to exercise some
    What is today's personal goals? eat in balance every meal/snack , stay low carb, step at lunchtime
    Mon - 60 minutes step DONE
    Tues - 60 minutes step - missed, left work too late
    Wed - rest DONE
    Thurs - 45 minutes step -
    Fri - 60 minutes step -
    Sat - 60 minutes step, 40 minutes body pump

    Mon- Leslie Sasone Walking DVD 30 mins 2 miles + 20 mins biking
    Tues - Pilates Reformer Class 60 mins.
    Wed.- Leslie Sasone DVD Upper Body with weights Strength training 30 mins.
    Thurs - Leslie Sasone DVD Lower Body with ankle weights 30 mins. + 20 mins biking

    I'm in and glad to have the level of accountability provided by this board. It will help be keep better track of what I eat and drink.:drinker:

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? - Yes, tracked all food and walked
    What would I have done differently? Not eaten a few of hubbies fries
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Exercised even though very inconvenient.
    What is today's personal goals? Create a plan for food and exercise and EXECUTE it!

    Exercise:
    Monday - nada
    Tuesday - 50 minute Pilates Reformer Class
    Wednesday - 60 minutes Pilates Weight Loss DVD (Cardio & Mat)
    Thursday - 40 minute brisk walk (outside)
    Friday Goal - Deep water H20 Aerobics tonight

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? not a very good weekend for me - bday party on Sat and out for lunch on Sunday. Yesterday I replaced the fries with broccoli and carrots... that was good :bigsmile:
    What would I have done differently? not regress - It happened... I am not beating myself up and will have a GREAT week!!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? could have been a really bad eating day, but was ok
    What would I have done differently? made a better choice for dinner at the restaurant than batter fried fish tacos
