    Hello friends,

    Sorry I have been MIA, but its a sad time for our family, My SIL lost her battle with cancer last night.:brokenheart: :brokenheart:

    I will check in from time to time and I will be back when all this settles.

    What would I have done differently? Ordered the smaller movie popcorn :)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? spent the day with my daughter, step-daughter and grandchildren. We spent the day at the carousel. After we had a cook out at our house - did some gardening too.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? A little extra exercise
    What would I have done differently? Nothing yesterday, but it seems I gained .6 of a pound over the weekend. Total bummer. Wine, cheese and movie popcorn are most certainly the culprits, lol.

    What are today's personal goals? Stay on track for calories

    I'm going on vacation, so I will check back in next week. I am not tracking on vacation, but I have a goal of eating mostly healthy and watching my portion sizes. I will also be walking and maybe a little dancing :)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went to the Y when my husband got home from school - my daughter has been home sick for most of the week.
    What would I have done differently? skip the homemade pumpkin bread
    What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories, and the elliptical or walk (hopefully!!) My daughter is still home with a stomach bug and my husband is having knee surgery (torn meniscus). It should be a fun day!!! :bigsmile:

    All arrangements and funeral is over now and my SIL is with God now and out of pain. :heart: :heart:

    I will return probably on Monday since we have only two days left this week.

    Trying to get back on track and I did get a 40 mins walk in today. :bigsmile:

    What is today's personal goals? drink more water, go for walk/run which I did.

    Tomorrow my son graduates from Law school so I guess no aquafit.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? shoveled the rest of the mulch out of my husband's truck. Didn't eat a lot a the graduation party - chicken salad on roll (2), fruit salad and some brocolli caserole.

    I've been busy with my daughter here from out of town and my son just graduated from college BS Mechanical Engineering. And, before that preparing for out of town guests who were coming in for the graduation.

    I am re-committed to losing, once again. Ha!

    Shirley - so sorry to hear about your SIL, take care of yourself!

    Congrats Elbee1 & Keria on your college graduates, I've got a post-freshman year daughter home for the summer -bemoaning how hard college is and having 3 years left (let's hope it's just 3 years!).

    I've had a couple of busy weeks and I let that get in the way of my weightloss. I was doing a really good job exercising, but not good tracking or with food. I let some bad habits slip back in.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? no
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 8:30am step class
    What would I have done differently? track my calories yesterday, and not snacked on pretzels and chips
    What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories, resting today after 6 days of getting to the Y

    GW at the end of the Spring 2013 check in - 6/21/13? I need to think about this ... the battery on my scale is dead so I haven't weight myself for over a week - but I know I'm up based on how my clothes feel.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? yoga and elliptical (1 hour 50 mins total)
    What would I have done differently? keep away from the high sodium\high calorie instant potatoes - UGH!! I'll learn one of these days....
    What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories, and not sure about what kind of exercise - pinched nerve in my arm - might just go for a walk or the elliptical

    Basically my goals for the week are to keep logging my food and exercise if any, try to stay generally within my calorie goal and drink as much water as I can. My mother had surgery and since the quarter (job) ends in mid June I have some job searching activities this week as well as work so hoping to get back into my exercise routine after tomorrow. So I will probably check-in on Thursday morning or Friday. Hope all are having a great week.

    have finally gotten back and want to get in control again.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goal? Kind of my calorie goal is 1400 but I think I went over a bit.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes I have been working with hubby on our boat to get it ready
    for sailing.
    What would I have done differently? Had a little too much alcohol that I wanted.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got the boat ready for sailing.
    What is today's personal goals? Track everything, exercise, make good choices.
