Sorry I have been MIA, but its a sad time for our family, My SIL lost her battle with cancer last night.:brokenheart: :brokenheart:
I will check in from time to time and I will be back when all this settles.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Biked twenty minutes even though I was tired from the weekend
What would I have done differently? Ordered the smaller movie popcorn

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went to the Y when my husband got home from school - my daughter has been home sick for most of the week.
What would I have done differently? skip the homemade pumpkin bread
What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories, and the elliptical or walk (hopefully!!) My daughter is still home with a stomach bug and my husband is having knee surgery (torn meniscus). It should be a fun day!!! :bigsmile:

I've been busy with my daughter here from out of town and my son just graduated from college BS Mechanical Engineering. And, before that preparing for out of town guests who were coming in for the graduation.

Congrats Elbee1 & Keria on your college graduates, I've got a post-freshman year daughter home for the summer -bemoaning how hard college is and having 3 years left (let's hope it's just 3 years!).
I've had a couple of busy weeks and I let that get in the way of my weightloss. I was doing a really good job exercising, but not good tracking or with food. I let some bad habits slip back in.

What would I have done differently? track my calories yesterday, and not snacked on pretzels and chips

What would I have done differently? keep away from the high sodium\high calorie instant potatoes - UGH!! I'll learn one of these days....

Basically my goals for the week are to keep logging my food and exercise if any, try to stay generally within my calorie goal and drink as much water as I can. My mother had surgery and since the quarter (job) ends in mid June I have some job searching activities this week as well as work so hoping to get back into my exercise routine after tomorrow. So I will probably check-in on Thursday morning or Friday. Hope all are having a great week.0

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes I have been working with hubby on our boat to get it ready
for sailing.
What would I have done differently? Had a little too much alcohol that I wanted.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got the boat ready for sailing.
