    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? all of the above
    What would I have done differently? not eat so many exercise calories - I was still hungry after I ate my dinner (sushi) and I ended up having a chicken\cheese on a 50 calorie wrap. I probably should have waited a little longer
    What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories, and yoga - DONE!

    Tues - 15 minutes on stationary bike
    Wed - 15 minutes fast walking

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? NO!!
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? NO!! I have one foot in the wagon and one foot dragging on the ground. Horses running wild!
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I didn't panic or fall apart on the freeway.
    What would I have done differently? avoided the bolt that pierced my tire which resulted in the most horrific noise I've ever heard and a very flat, ruined tire!
    What are today's personal goals? Stop snacking. Drink more water. Get to bed earlier.

    Mon – Spent 110 minutes on challenges, and 40 minutes on the recumbent bike.
    Tues --NOTHING!!! I had a flat tire during my heavy commute then had to have a new one put on!
    Wed -- 120 minutes on challenges, Slim in 6, and JM's Body Revolution.

Getting support from a member of my healthy living group at work (we are both having problems skipping the treats in the break room and made a commitment to get back on track) and also moving my calorie goal down 50 calories since I seem to be at a plateau
    What would I have done differently? Refrained from the frosted cookie in the break room... or at least just had half (the stupid thing was 160 calories and not worth it!)
    What are today's personal goals? Stay on track for calories and exercise

    What would I have done differently? I would have made better food choices at dinner
    What is today's personal goals? Make better choices at dinner, get my 30 day abs workout in

    What would I have done differently? Pulled the chili powder out of the cupboard instead of the chili PEPPER!!!
    What are today's personal goals? Stop snacking. Drink more water. Get to bed earlier.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I did my walk run and I have been keeping a healthy calorie deficit but it isn't showing on the scale as yet.

    What is today's personal goals? some more activity on top of aquafit this morning and start drinking that water.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't set any
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went for a nice walk and relaxed. I weighed myself yesterday and saw 200.5 on the scale and almost passed out...LOL Today 203.5 - I am keeping this and hope I see 200.5 it again soon! I can feel One-derland coming (again) real soon. Hopefully I will stay on track when I'm at Disney at the end of the month :noway:
    What would I have done differently? walk more and talk less... I met a couple of people on my walk and talked for about 45 mins total.

  • Hey All! Today makes day 1 of getting back to a healthier lifestyle!

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yep!
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? I had no goal yesterday sadly. So it was a flop.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Made a plan for Monday's nutrition.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing. Without a sick stomach from junk food I wouldn't have decided I needed to get back to living healthier!
    What is today's personal goals? Rest tonight, and plan for tomorrow!

    It feels good to be on track, but I know I have a long, and sometimes trying journey ahead of me!

    What would I have done different? Taken at least a walk for exercise.

    Yes. Just copy and paste the questions daily. The ticker can be setup under your profile. I usually start up a new topic every season - next one will be Daily Check In - Summer 2013.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Healthy eating and I made my goal of four pounds for the month (I started on 1/15 so I track my monthly goal around the 15th of every month)
    What would I have done differently? More walking, but it is around 110 here so that is a challenge
