    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Not yesterday, but will today.! less than a week tracking and it's taking some adjusting!
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? My goal yesterday was to get at least 1 "buddy" to be accountable to here in the website and I did!
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Tracked everthing again - became more familiar with website.
    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories-track food-stay within sodium

    What would I have done different? Not much trying to get ready for my trip.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got some things done for my trip
    What is today's personal goals? Track everything, exercise, make good choices.


    Mon- No exercise but did do 6,455 steps on my pedometer

    What are today's personal goals? Stop snacking. Drink more water. Get to bed earlier.

    What are today's personal goals? Stay on track for calories and exercise

    I probably won't check in tomorrow because I am taking a day off to be with my husband. We are celebrating both our bdays (mine already passed in June and his coming up in July). Our son will be at day camp, so this will be the longest time we have been alone together since I was in labor almost four years ago, lol! I do NOT plan on staying within my calorie limit :)

    Mon - 25 minutes stationary bike
    Tues - 31 minutes stationary bike
    Wed - 15 minutes fast walking

    What would I have done differently? go for a walk instead of having a glass of wine
    What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories, and the elliptical. Went to the doctors this morning - BP 122/70. Happy with those numbers!!! Almost talked myself out of going to the Y because it was getting late. I went - kicked butt and feel so much better now. I also wanted to exercise because tonight is one of the rehersals for my daughter's recital this weekend - I am so much more relaxed when I work out. :laugh: Oh and most important I only had 260 calories left for the day.,. LOL Now I have 660 :bigsmile:

    What did I do that I am proud of? exercised
    What would I have done differently? been stronger & not eaten the high calorie foods & succumb to enticement. Found that the foods were NOT satisfying and could have done without them. Special places with parents out of town -- Corky's BBQ in Memphis, TN and Baskin Robbins Ice Cream.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? step was cancelled, but tried boot camp instead ... will probably never do it again - but I tried it
    What would I have done differently? brought food and water to the Twins game

    Hi Dahlia.
    I do not know of a weigh in day for us on this thread. I typically weigh in once a week on the weekend. Sunday is my preferred day, but sometimes it is on Friday or Saturday.

    Did I reach yesterday's (today) personal goal? No. I had to use a little exercise to get below calories and I still haven't gotten enough water in. I've never drank much fluid of any kind so find it difficult to remember, or want, to. Any suggestions?

    What would I have done differently? Drank more water and not had that sausage patty for lunch (wasn't worth the calories lol)

    What would I have done differently? not had ice cream with choc. syrup at 3 in the morning, nor gelato at the grocery store... Went too long between meals & NEVER go to the grocery store hungry.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed on my feet for over three hours. My bad ankle doesn't like me for that, though.
    What would I have done differently? Insisted on stopping for lunch. I got light headed and didn't feel good for the rest of the day. They forgot they promised lunch for our extra efforts, and didn't remember until after 2PM :(
