What are today's personal goals? No after dinner snacking. Drink more water. Get to bed earlier.
Mon – Walked 4 miles in 70 minutes, spent 30 minutes on challenges, and 40 minutes on the recumbent bike.
Tues -- Walked 3.2 miles in 48 minutes...couldn't find the motivation to do anything else!!
Wed -- Walked 3.17 miles in 45 minutes, spent 35 minutes on challenges.

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? I didn't track but I am sure that I did - I only ate a late lunch and a 100 calorie ice cream bar.
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yesterday was a great day - I spent it with my high school friend who just started chemo for her second round of breast cancer. We hung out at the beach, caught up, shaved her head and had a day full of fun and laughs!!!
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? See above! I ate the best vegan burger EVER!!! Yummo!

If you don't mind some input, 1,000 calories a day seems awfully low to me. I would suggest going with the calorie intake MFP recommends or a little higher, log everything you eat, and add more fresh fruits and veggies in your diet. Slower weight loss is more maintainable than quick weight loss plans.0 -
