    Wow ... I didn't realize how long it had been since I checked in ... glad to be back

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? good on cals - over on carbs
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? good
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? step class AND finally tried body flow with my daughter
    What would I have done differently? dinner choices weren't great ... too many carbs
    What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories, already did 45 minutes step at Y

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Tues - Ate right and walked!!
    What would I have done differently? Spent 30 minutes on challenges.
    What are today's personal goals? No after dinner snacking. Drink more water. Get to bed earlier.

    Mon – Walked 4 miles in 70 minutes, spent 30 minutes on challenges, and 40 minutes on the recumbent bike.
    Tues -- Walked 3.2 miles in 48 minutes...couldn't find the motivation to do anything else!!
    Wed -- Walked 3.17 miles in 45 minutes, spent 35 minutes on challenges.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? I didn't track but I am sure that I did - I only ate a late lunch and a 100 calorie ice cream bar.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yesterday was a great day - I spent it with my high school friend who just started chemo for her second round of breast cancer. We hung out at the beach, caught up, shaved her head and had a day full of fun and laughs!!!
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? See above! I ate the best vegan burger EVER!!! Yummo!

    What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories, and some exercise (not sure what - I added the sunscreen a little late yesterday and the tops of the thighs are on fire :explode:

    Hello,
    Today I'm starting dieting. I gained a lot of weight with my 3 pregnancy's in 4 years, I went from 120lbs to 180lbs. After each pregnancy I used Medifast diet. Each time I've lost 15 lbs in 1 week. I tried Medifast diet again because i have some of their food left over but I didnt have motivation and strength. I ordered PureSlim1000 drops for weight loss and today I'm starting using them as well as being on 1000cal/day diet, and of course -exercising.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Wed - Ate right, walked challenges and behaved myself for the most part!!
    What would I have done differently? Spent 30 minutes on the recumbent bike.
    What are today's personal goals? No after dinner snacking. Drink more water. Get to bed earlier.

    If you don't mind some input, 1,000 calories a day seems awfully low to me. I would suggest going with the calorie intake MFP recommends or a little higher, log everything you eat, and add more fresh fruits and veggies in your diet. Slower weight loss is more maintainable than quick weight loss plans.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Cleaned some windows and my daughter's room. Went out for some fruits and veggies.
    What would I have done differently? EXERCISE - I don't count cleaning as a workout.
