    What would I have done differently? drink more water
    What is today's personal goals? drink more water, go for walk/run which I did.

    I am back into my routine after helping my Mom after surgery and some job meetings. My Mom is better, a short-term, part-time job teaching art is set up but don't think the other job will pan out.

    Yesterday, I went for another walk.
    Today, I did some jumping rope - Fast. Wow! That wears one out really quick!!!

    What is today's personal goals? To be more conscious of what I put in my mouth and the mood/emotions that precede eating. Eating only when hungry or at meal times

    Cpanus - So nice that you and your daughter went shopping together. I got to do some shopping with my daughter a few days, ago. Don't think we'll get to do it again, for a while... She just flew back to college the other day. I miss her already!

    It doesn't look like my daughter is coming home for the summer so I will be missing her. It was her birthday yesterday.I just may have to go down there and visit her.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Sunday -- Ate right - exercised and walked!! I have a pulled muscle that is hampering my upper body workouts, so I'm having to concentrate on lower body for a few more days...ugh!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Well, I did good until we waited too long to go get dinner. Place had closed & I had pre-planned what I was going to eat. So, by the time we got somewhere else, although I made wiser choices, I wasn't under in calories....
