    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? didn't eat extra after dinner
    What would I have done differently? I just was lethargic yesterday so maybe get at least one thing done
    What is today's personal goals? drink water and figure how to get in some NEAT (non exercise activity) with my blister

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? attended my daughter's dance competition - went for Italian for dinner and I ordered the salad with salmon and lemon vinegarette.
    What would I have done differently? nothing
    What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories and go for a walk (even picked up the pace to a slow run... just for a bit :-)

    stuffed baked cucumber - YUM!!! What is it stuffed with?

    Cut the cucumber in half, scoop out the seeds, then stuff with chopped tomato, onion, celery, and the seeds. Mix melted butter with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese (I used 3T butter and 1/3 cup of Italian seasoned bread crumbs for two large cukes) and pack on top of the stuffing. Sprinkle that with a little more parm and bake for 45 minutes on 375. YUMMY!

    What would I have done differently? did not need to eat as much as I did at dinner party
    What is today's personal goals? eat in balance every meal/snack (for the rest of the day) , stay low carb ,

    What would I have done differently? Not had ice cream after dinner.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Track everything, exercise, make good choices.

    Mon- Walked 35 mins.
    Tues - Pilates Reformer Class 60 mins.(last tuesday class moving to thursdays)
    Wed.- Walked 35 mins.
    Thurs - Walked 35 mins.
    Fri - Walked 45 mins. and 30 mins of weights
    Sat- 60 min walk
    Sun- REST DAY

    I've done this with zuchinni but I've never used a cucumber. I thought the cucumber would get mushy. I'm going to give it a try - Thanks!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? nice walk - the little bit of running wasn't very good for my degenerated disk in my neck - slept in a neck collar. My head was pounding and I had a sharp pain going up my neck. I so want to run but I don't think my neck can take the impact. I guess I will have to be a low impact exerciser :bigsmile: Back to the elliptical :laugh:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went to step class even though I left work late and really didn't want to go
    What would I have done differently? didn't make the best dinner choice
    What is today's personal goals? I already went to step, but I also already went over on carbs for lunch ... tonight is an italian swim banquet for my son - will be challenging - my goal is to stick to mostly meat and salad

    I had a big blister that I wasn't letting heal so I took a break from exercise. My mother has been having some health issues, and there were no classes yesterday so I was a bit out of my regular routine.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 7 miles on the stationary bike! A new record for me!
    What would I have done differently? Had half a cookie instead of the whole thing... I would have enjoyed it more if I stopped at a half. It was a big cookie and eating the whole thing made me a little sick.
    What are today's personal goals? Stay on track for calories (getting exercise from setting up for an event at work again today)

    What would I have done differently? Drunk more water and stayed busier t keep mind off if eating
    What are today's personal goals? Track, continue to stay positive and be patient for the results of my efforts.
