Me too! I have a 4 month old and a toddler. Finding time to take care of me takes a lot if effort. I'm off to a great start though. I used to cook everything fresh when I counted calories. This time around I'm eating more packaged foods. Not ideal for me, but is helping me reach my goal with a little less effort.

I'm so glad I am tracking! I made better choices today, and exactly what I thought would happen did. I came up 500 calories short at the end of the day. So instead of making a big bowl of ice cream and hot fudge I poured a big glass of organic milk, and ate some almonds and dried papaya. Thanks for all your input ladies. :)

Do you think I should not count calories? Or do you think its ok? I'm concerned that if I cut out all the junk that I may eat too few calories! I don't have a good sense of what 2200 calories is.

Slower is good. If your net is below your maintenance it will happen slowly. Going to bed hungry is fine as long as you have eaten enough calories for your day. I love tea tree oil and yes it can be used in acne products, however at full strength it will dry out your skin and cause an over production of natural oils in your skin and can actually cause acne. I wouldn't use it full strength on your skin at night!

Taking measurments is so much more accurate than weighing. I can fluctuate up to 5 pounds in a day depending on when I last ate or used the restroom. I drink tons of water, so the weight in my stomach makes a big difference. If I do weigh I try to do it first thing in the morning after my morning pee. :) lol
