Looking for the best ab workout...

I have recently lost weight and most of it in my stomach so if I work hard I could definately have a six pack if anyone has suggestions as to the best ab workouts that have worked for you them I would appreciate any tip...Thanks guys

I really like a video called six week 6 pack by Jillian Michaels. You can buy it at Walmart for $9. It's a great core work out for 30 minutes.0

You could also try the p90x abs workout if you know anyone that has the set of dvds. Its the hardest but best abs workout i had ever done. So much i couldnt finish it. So i just use my ab lounge and to be honest. It works great...because it also stretches your stomach muscles after each crunch which is highly beneficial for your muscles and gets you true results faster.0

If you have Netflix, they have workout videos that you can rent to try out before you buy. I found a series by Jari Love that has a "Get Ripped" series. It's like a all over fat buring cardio/strength training and it's really good.0

i second 6 week 6pk you can see my b4 and after pic. im doing my second round. i lost most of my love handles and stomach pouch and seeing a great v and 6pk definition thats why i am doing it again .0

I have tony horton's one on ones - iso abs, abripperx, 10 minute crushers and killer abs.

My job is physical therapy, i teach other people how to work out lol but because of my PCOS lol i look like i havent worked out a day in my life . One thing i can tell you is, all these ideas are great. The thing youhave to remember is muscle memory. Abs are the worst for it. So whatever you do, switch it more more often. Muscle confusion is important especially in the abs. So try several different ideas,0

I've heard a lot of comments about Jillian Michaels 30day shred so i think that might also be a good workout but im not sure if it targets the abs. I think you should try pilates, it centres your core and uses your stomache muscles to create a sculpter and trim tummy0
