Was it defiantly a weight issue that required you to need a cpap machine? I know several people that are not overweight and have needed to use cpap at some time or other
-

I've logged on each day for over five years, only this year am I finding the logging to be a pain, but after a few days I start logging again as I know it will be a disaster if I stopped altother, unlike you I'm hit and miss with my burns as if I don't feel to good it don't get done. Good luck I'm sure you will find the…

I have a low heart rate but it's due to beta blockers, it makes me feel ill so I'm always at drs about it. I guess it depends the reason it is low, athletes are likely to have low heart rate, this is not the case for me. If concerned or have symptoms see your gp.

You can do this, keep at it and keep logging. All the best good luck

You can all do this, no matter what the struggles don't give up. Yes it's hard when you get older but we must keep at it. It's better if you have supportive friends that are also on Mfp. Good luck all

That's exactly why I gave up WW and SW, paying for something that I didn't attend or could not get to. Better to get good support here and for free you are much more likely to keep logging and keep on track rather than slipping by the way side. Good luck. I'm 71

You need a good measuring and fit service. I used Rigby and Peller in London. Once you have the correct measurement they will advice on bra type then you are free to go purchase those bra's from wherever you chose.

Autismomma It's best to change things gradually, don't try to quit smoking and eating, why not try cutting down cigs first that's propbably worse of the two evils. I wish you luck you sure have your hands full with you two special boys, I wish you all the best.

This time of year is filled with thougts and memories of the thousands that lost their lives fighting for the country. Bless them all and their families. It's another painful memory for me as the 12th Nov is my late daughters birthday. She has left us such lovely memories that will last forever. Stay safe and well everyone.
