Is there a way to set the treadmill to automatically speed up ever 30 sec (or whatever interval) or do you just manually adjust it constantly? Any tips for that? Great feedback people, thanks!

I like 30 day shred because it's only 20 minutes and she switches things up with her 3-2-1 method so it makes it more bearable...yet you REALLY feel it!

I did the same thing and as soon as I increased my calories the weight started coming off again. Try that, your body needs energy.

I was just wondering about heavy weights. I don't want big muscles but I want tight toned muscles. Some people say low weights, lots of reps while others say heavy weights as many reps as you can handle...any suggestions?

My gym usually just sends the kiddos out to us when they see us come and that's it. I think it's odd that they do that. I don't have any issues with making my kids help pick up, but if other kids are still playing...does it really make any sense?? Not sure how I feel about this. I guess I never really thought about it!

I agree, sometimes loved ones want you to be happy and eat what you want. They need to realize what you want is to eat healthy, lose weight, and NOT be tempted
