I absolutely agree with you about the excitement over seeing this as a lifetime reality. I have gone down lots of other paths which have all been temporary solutions.

I just started week 5 so I am doing the 7 shredders now but in order to fight boredom and to increase metabolism in the PM, I do mine twice a day. Usually 24 min in the AM and the other 18 min at night. Then of course on MWF I am doing the shapers before walking.

I read the book and started ten days ago. My first weigh in was -6, and I had been logging food and exercising with no weight loss before that. I am anxious to weigh in tomorrow. I feel good and have not been hungry except on the low carb days but then you can fill up on veggies and water between meals. If you follow…
