Hi Darla! I'm Shelly and I've been around the block quite a few times already, but I'm back at it again. I seem to have found the desire to get healthy again, so this time I'm following the Cooking Light Diet, which is making my meals much more satisfying. Feel free to add me!

I personally love mayo and I tend to use too much - but here's what I did today for my tuna salad. 1 tbs mayo, 1 tbs non-fat Greek yogurt and 2 tsp. Dijon mustard. It was delish!

Sounds like you are off to a fabulous start! Congratulations! I think every body is different. I've lost over 30 lbs so far and haven't had really any lose skin issues, aside from a belly pouch which I attribute to my two pregnancies. I still would like to lose about 20 more lbs.

I'm on week 2. The no cardio really through me, as I've been running, taking zumba classes and hiking for the past 9 months or so. I didn't want to give it up, so I've continued to do about 25-35 minutes of cardio following my strength workouts, and on one of my rest days I go for about a 5 mile run. I still want to lose…

Plan for your late night eating. Save some calories especially for that. It doesn't mean you have to skip a meal during the day. Just plan better. Popcorn is a great filler. Carrots with hummus. Apple and cheese. I'm a late snacker, so I can sympathize!

My favorite are the Hachiya persimmons. You have to wait until they are soft and really ripe and then they are delicious. I have one on my counter that I'm waiting for patiently. Yum.

Hi All! I'm Shelly from Southern California. I'm 47 years old (until the end of this month anyway). I've lost about 25 lbs since joining in April. I still have another 25-30 lbs to lose. Ok new goal for me ... Signed up to run a 5K! Excited to have a definite goal (other than a weight goal). The weight goal is just floating out there and will happen when it happens, but the 5k is on November 16th and I wanna kick it's *kitten*! :D
