Down .2 for the week. Exercised plenty, ate well. Jeans that I bought (tight) over the summer fit very comfortably but that number on the scale is tormenting me!

I'm down .4 lbs this week. It's TOM so I'm happy with that number. Next week should be a good number for me! I've been concentrating on adding more jogging into my workouts, but haven't been spending as much time on strength training. Trying to find a balance of the two and not spend all of my time working out!

I hiked just under 5 miles this morning, ran the downhills. Happy that I'm passing other people up on the trail. Before, everyone would pass me by!

Went to the gym today. 30 minutes of intervals on treadmill and upper body strength training.

I finished week 7, day 1 of couch to 5k this morning and then continued with walking/jogging. Completed just under 5 miles today. Felt great!

Weigh in today: 160.4 That's a loss of 5 lbs for the week! I know some of it was water, but I'm still happy as a clam! :bigsmile:

Hi All, Definitely dragging after coming off a four day weekend. Meeting a friend for breakfast in an hour. I need to go grocery shopping (old mother hubbards cupboard is pretty darn bare) and I'm going to the gym today for legs and cardio. Oh and laundry. So much laundry!

Off to do C25k and then a leg workout. Better get moving cuz it's certainly not getting any cooler (and I'm out of Candy Crush lives)!

Last night I went to the Hollywood Bowl with my family. I packed us a yummy picnic dinner and bottle of wine and over indulged plenty. Spent some time at the gym paying the piper this morning. The rest of the weekend will be driving my kids to their various social activities and will end with a swim party Sunday late…

Last night my husband asked me to hike with him after he gets off of work today. Guess all my exercise is rubbing off on him! Since I'll get my cardio in late this afternoon, I'm planning on strength training this morning (legs).

Decided to get my cardio in on the way to the gym this morning. Left my car at home and walked/jogged 4 miles round trip and worked on upper body while at the gym.
