Hey all! So I have decided to finally get this weight off and was hoping there are some people out there who would like to join me! I have been losing about 1 pound a week for the past week. I have 30 pounds to go! Who else does? Let’s do this! Slow and steady wins the race!

Keen to join you! I have 30lbs to lose too (although ideally in the long term I’d like to lose an additional 10). I’ve lost 4lbs this week but I think that’s because I’ve just started, and was over eating by a lot of calories. I’m sticking to 1200 for now (am not very tall).7

Yay! I figured just check in and weekly weigh ins on the same day with one another. If we are having a down day post on the board as well.
So for me I weigh on sundays.

I am with you! I need to lose at least 30 lbs. I started today. I have a problem eating enough good calories. I’ll do better tomorrow.3

I am in! I have a cruise planned in just under 30 weeks so this is the perfect motivation I need. I am hoping to lose more than 30 pounds before our trip. Anything is going to be a win! I am going to weigh in on Saturdays.3

Hi! I would like to join as well. I've been eating poorly and gaining lately so need to be in a group like this. I'll weigh in every Sunday. I'm in Australia so I'll do kg and aim to lose 13 kg in 30 weeks.
