The strap and whatnot SHOULD come with it. I purchased and FT7 and it did. I cannot speak for the larger chest though, as I am not very blessed in that area.

During the time that I wasn't losing... I looked at the success stories forums alot and continued to remind myself "If you continue this lifestyle, there is no way that you will not lose." Seeing others make progress is such good motivation!! And measurements. I lost about 2" during the time I wasn't losing lbs.

I haven't done this in a long time, but I used to start my morning with a bowl of oatmeal with a little protein powder in it. You cannot even tell that you are having protein powder and it makes the oatmeal even better for ya!! I may start doing this again.... :P

i use 5 pounders and I will be the first to admit that it is rough! But, I USUALLY get through it... stopping occasionally to rest (ya know 5 sec or I think Jillian would jump through the tv at me!) I have not been able to do it every day religiously because of the strain on my muscles... but I typically do 2 workouts…

My hubby is not deployed now, but when he was... I lost a ton of weight!! It's easy to take time to yourself during thatt time... and exercising will probably keep your mind off of the deployment! And think of how good you will look when he gets home! I tried to stay busy while he was gone to keep my mind off of it!

Thanks everyone, the advice really helps. I do eat my workout calories most days (at least some of them) I have thought about zigzagging, but I am going to keep up with what I am doing and see what happens in the next couple weeks. I know I have to be patient... and this forum really helps me to get my feelings out instead…

I would take a cheat day... even in a lifestyle change, you CANNOT deny yourself from everything. I took a cheat day yesterday and it didn't throw everything off, I am STILL losing weight. I am STILL eatting healthy today (and the rest of the week) and I am STILL working out nearly every day. Just don't make the cheat day…

Yea! The one day (since I have started) that I had Subway it ruined my day! The calories were crazy and it didn't fill me up! I was hungry all day with no calories left. I haven't eatten there since.

And not to mention that you are not giving your body enough nutrients to function properly. Also remember that you don't see everything on Biggest Loser, they have nutritionists on the show and (hopefully) know what they are doing!! :) Be healthy and eat those calories!

Rant - My husband (who is naturally fit) is losing weight almost as rapidly as me and with no effort!! AND he doesn't need to lose, he needs to gain! AND I am trying to lose weight to weigh less than him, but w ith him losing too it's not working one bit!! Daughter is down for the nap and the dogs keep barking at something…

For me, I just have gotten sick of looking in the mirror. I want to be able to be in family pictures and not feel absolutely disgusting! I want my daughter to have pictures of us together when she's little, but right now... I never want to be in pictures! AND I want my husband to think I'm sexy (even though he says I am.)…
