I love using greek yogurt in replacement for butter or oil in baking! Replace half of it if its cookies, or all of it if its cake/cupcakes and they all come out super moist with such less fat!

Chocolate Brownie quest bar in microwave for 10 seconds... flatten out and cut into little squares, microwave for another five... then dip in a tablespoon of marshmallow fluff... heaven right there

take any regular baking recipe and swap out anywhere between 1/2 and 1/4 of the flour it called for with protein powder.... half the time it will taste the same but you get about 5 grams more of protein out of it!

thats the best part! you cant even tell the yogurt is there :) it basically enhances the cake mix flavor and makes it softer and tastier

I did end up using two different size boxes and just poured out what looked to be like half. One box was closer to 500 g, another was more like 400g... doing the math around 235g would be around half, anywhere around that point would be good
