Greek Yogurt - Food replacements?

Hi All,

Recently started to use Greek yoghurt for my breakfast. I have noticed a few recipes with people using it instead of Mayo??

Please let me know what are the best alternate uses for Greek Yoghurt?

    Anything with sour cream

    Ranch dressing is great with dry seasoning, Greek yogurt & milk

    Overnight oatmeal (not tried it)....but a high protein option

    I only sub out sour cream and mayo.

    depending on the recipe- heavy cream- I *might* toss a little in. usually not- but I have in the past- for like soups and stuff.

    I know people bake with it- but I haven't.

    I love using greek yogurt in replacement for butter or oil in baking! Replace half of it if its cookies, or all of it if its cake/cupcakes and they all come out super moist with such less fat!

    I made the proteinchef's cheesecake with it yesterday.

    Came out pretty good actually!

    Green Mountain Farms is a brand of cream cheese made with Greek yogurt .....50% less fat. I found it at Wal-Mart.
