I had problems with a disk in my neck and that can also cause similar problems, especially with high impact work outs such as running. Honestly, I think you should try to get into a dr sooner than a month. Headaches can be a symptom of a lot of different things. Good luck!

Looking at your diary you appear to eat a great deal of processed high sodium foods. I would decrease those and up the fiber, fruits and veggies and see if that helps.

Will the group continue beyond January? I can't exercise presently as I just had neck surgery a week ago and limited for six weeks, but would love to get involved in something like this once I am cleared for exercise again.

If you are dizzy and light headed I would get checked for anemia. I had that problem and when the docs started me on iron pills it made a huge difference with that part of things.

Sounds fun. Thanks!

Would love to be able to do breakfast tortillas again without the mess from cracking and spillage. Oh and do stick with the theme of the thread I had home made gluten free French…
