No!!! If I weigh in at night, if the # on the scale is close to the # it was in the morning when I weighed in, then I know there will be a loss the next morning. Otherwise. It's usually a pound or 2 higher at night than it is in the morning. Don't let it get to you. It's normal.

It's been a few weeks for me, and my boyfriend has already noticed a difference in my face. I can see little changes, like the little pocket of fat on the tops of my thighs, has gone away. I usually don't see much difference.

I work for a podiatrist as a medical assistant and the one thing we tell every patient who exercises is that working out barefoot on a hard surface is not good. It increases the cases of plantar fasciitis. If you're having any sort of ankle pain I urge you to go to a podiatrist just to make sure that it's nothing serious.

Just got back from the gym and boy do I feel awesome :happy: Did about 80 minutes on the treadmill today- 30 before I did weights, then 45 after, with a 5 min cool down. I love my gym.
