So Im 4'11 and these pics are only about a 16lb difference. I need to take more pics since I've lost another 12lbs since then... Anyways gere you go. I started around 191 and then here I was 175:

I know that I havn't reached my goal weight yet and I'm only down 28lbs as of today, half way to my goal of losing 60lbs. I'm embarrassed to say that I started at 191 and today I weigh 163 (still alot on my 4'11 height). I make myself a nice cup of coffee... I use some Sugar-Free Hazelnut flavored creamer and sweeten it up with Splenda or Stevia.. That usually helps me.. the caffeine helps with the hunger and the tastiness of the creamer and sweetness help with cravings with minimal calories. I also will usually buy those "100 calorie…

This has not happened to me, however it may be that you over exerted yourself. Strenuous activity or lifting heavy stuff may have caused it. If it's only a few spots then I wouldn't worry too much. If it continues or you notice heavy bleeding then you may want to follow up with your medical provider.

Hi! I'm 5'0 and I've lost 11lbs so far. My goal is to lose another 49lbs for a total of 60lbs! Im set at 1200 cal/day and I work out 6xs a week, sometimes twice a day. I feel great so far, and I love my new found energy. Can't wait to continue on my journey. :bigsmile:

Im hoping the different types of squats that Ive been doing will help firm it up and make it perkier. But all the exercise in the world wont make me a have a Beyonce booty. lol. :cry:
