id get a check up if i were you.. i have a pretty hard time losing weight, too... but not loosing for 3 years seems really strange.

There's only one person with my name - and that's me :) so im really unique (the reason for these is that im austrian and have a pretty seldom austrian last name, whereas my first name is Lucy which is not common in any german speaking countries :) )

i used to weigh myself every day... this is the first week i am going for once a week.... cant wait for saturday :/ its weird because i dont know where i am standing... however, i was often dragged down because of weighing daily

yeah that's what i've been tracking, but my grapefruit weighs about 250 g and then MFP tells me, that it's 125 cals

I am really inactive... Just studying at the moment... Don't u think 1900 is easy to high then? :-)

I don't exercise at all... As said above, I just go to uni and home again and study a lot. I ate 1200 calories and often netted below that amount. I absolutely measure everything! In mfp I put my own goal to my bmr :-)

As sb. who has lived in Germany, Austria and the UK so far I have to say that eating healthy in the UK is by far the most expensive and difficult one. They offer so much (sorry...) ****ing **** here which is very cheap - so why not buy that instead? Veggies and Fruit are by far cheaper in Germany, so are dairy products.…

I think I could not do it your way :) I cannot eat 600 calories throughout the day... I would start to eat more and more... so i think it's easiest for me to eat in only one meal.
