I would like to work out for an hour a day every day apart from Wednesday, thats a club night for my children when I do alot of walking so thats a 'kind of' work out. I epilated mine off last night... ouch ouch ouch! DONT DO IT!!! I felt more pain then I have ever felt before and I have given birth three times! Im still trying to recover from the pain!

Hi Im in! I was 220lbs 4/5 years ago, I went down to 115 in a year but I did it a really silly way, I didnt eat, I would eat every 3/4 days so when I started eating properly I put the weight back on. Hi Im also in the UK, Im 5 1 and 140 pounds, Im aiming to lose 20 pounds and would love to fit back into my size 8-10 cropped jeans this summer! Im using Wii fit and a step machine, also sticking to the calorie count each day, Im new to this so not sure if its working yet!
