Great thread! What in the world is a good girl/bad girl machine. I work out with a trainer and it's mainly because of the squat form. I have had 5 knee surgeries and I refuse to be told I shouldn't be doing it. On the other hand..my trainer is not so concerned about my knees as he says I have weak hips. How in the world…

Been lifting with a PT for about 3 months. but did the Jamie Eason program off bodybuilding prior to the hiring the PT. working with PT mainly because with 5 knee surgeries..squats scared me. I hit a PR a last week with a bench of 5 reps 95#. Love getting stronger. Squat form still needs lots of work.…

Slarjr....you are awesome! I reached my PR the other day with 5 reps of 95 lbs. Can't imagine 10 reps at 100!! Like the OP, wish my arms were leaner, We will get there. It's my squats that I totally suck on! But it's soooo fun lifting! :flowerforyou:

I love Quest bars!!! I just got my shipment yesterday of brownie and Choc chip cookie dough. Place that brownie in microwave and zap for about 10 sec...YUMMY!!!!!! :love: :love: I can't wait to try the new one either! (can you tell I am a chocolate addict?). I am on Day 3 of Week 1. I am having to do follow some of the modifier...I have to watch the knees when I do cardio. I am also lifting 3xs a week... I do love the fact that it is only 25 minutes. So far, I have burned 212 cal and 230 cals...so we will see what happens tonight! LOL

I do wear my HRM when I play and depending on weather (if it's a cool day or 95 degree weather day) my calories change. I average anywhere between 800 to 900 riding in a cart and around 1100 to 1200 when I am pulling a cart or carrying the bag!
