Eat healthy and exercise. There is no magic pill or shake! And if you do it natural, you will more likely have long term success!

If you can, workout as well as eat well. I exercised my entire journey and it helped keep things tone. I have some looser skin on my stomach because I'm pretty limited what I can do now due to an accident and it drives me a little crazy. I haven't banned anything either. If I do indulge, I do it in moderation. I never eat fried foods or drink soda, just because I prefer not to, but I think you can indulge yourself sometimes if you have the will power to not go over board and not do it on a daily basis

I think it also depends on where you shop. At my age, IF I can afford it, I shop at Ann Taylor, J Jill, Coldwater Creek. I always fit into smaller sizes in these stores as they are made for women's bodies.
