There really are not any foods that will encourage weight loss, but a ton of them that will make it more difficult. Look over your diary and cut out soda, sugars, fast food.... clean up your diet (if need be) and you will see quicker progress. Good Luck!

you are doing amazing & look wonderful!

I agree with, there is NO QUICK FIX. Weight loss will come with a chance in your eating habits long term. ANd once you get used to eating healthy, you will more likely be successful long term rather that if you try a diet program. But a digital food scale, they are amazing and move your body daily! Good luck!

HAnds down, Quest BArs are the best followed by Pure Protein. Both have high protein & low sugar......

be careful of the ingredients in Protein Bars. Most of them are loaded with sugar. Quest is the best in terms nutrients & protein but spendy. Pure Protein are almost a third of the cost with lots of protein and very low sugar. Good Luck!

I completely quit drinking when I started my weight loss journey in May 2013. What a win win! I feel better, I look better, I am so glad I did it! Once every couple of months I but a turkey breast, turkey breast with rib bones, no legs, no wings, all white meat. It's the size of a football. I put it in the crock pot with a can of chicken broth and season it. Cook it for 10-12 hours. It is REMARKABLE! All white meat and you need tongs to get it out as it is the most…
