  • since you have had your fitbit for awhile now, how do you like it and do you still use it. I have one and I have really enjoyed it. I get on a average of 14,00 to 16,00 steps a day. I llike it that they (fitbit) will send me a weekly update of the weeks steps and miles and calories. bonita
  • hi, I have been making green smoothies for about a month and my favorite is kale and zuccini with blueberries. I hope it is making me feel better on the inside. I also like a tropical blend with the kale. I drink them to get my veggies in. hopefully it will create more energy. I am having fun with it.

  • I just purchased a Magic Bullet two weeks ago and am loving it. I have no cans in the house and everything is fresh or frozen. I use kale as my main veggie, sometimes spinach. like the frozen blue berries and strawberries. let me know how your juicing came out.
