You can try jogging one minute and walking 1 minute and 30 seconds for 30 minutes . Or if u have a treadmill put up the incline and walk it's like walking uphill and you burn more calories. Or if you have a local library you can check out workout DVDs. I personally recommend jillian michaels 30 day shred. Or you can jump…

Well im from florida, Im 18 years old. I want to lose 50 lbs and Ive been on my journey for 1 year and a half. I was stuck at the same weight for a year. Good luck on your journey too! :)
