Not sure where you're based, but I can't recommend the Hairy Dieters recipe books enough - real food that tastes awesome and is calorie/nutrition counted. Am a bit worried about Wednesday's weigh in - went away for "Valentine's Weekend" where the treats included champagne and chocolate fondue....so going ULC for two days to make up for it. Thank goodness I love homemade vegetable soup with next to no calories but loads of nutrients!

Happy Saturday everyone - I hope that your weekend is bringing you everything you wish for. I went out for dinner last night and have just calculated that I would need to walk to France and back to walk of the calories! Not weight or diet related but I've had a bad day. I messed up at work - and it's a bad one. Feeling really down, and unusual for me I can't find anything positive. Couldn't even get an "it'll be all right hug" out of my husband.
