  • In my honest opinion.....i think the first week or even two will be very hard but its more of a commitment thing than anything else. It is 6 times a week for at least an hour sometimes 1 1/2 hrs. so even if you cannot get all the moves down right away just moving that long, that many days will do it. although i am not over…

  • okay so here i am working out, eating great, seeing real resultys as far as muscle and weight loss but will i ever see that unsightly cellulite tighten and look less noticable? if not, has anyone tried any "creams" and did they ever work. its just frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • a friend of mine who does marathons and is just in incredible shape had this tip for me as far as eating most calories. eat like a king for breakfast, a queen for lunch and a peasant for dinner. i dont know if it works or not. I usually consume the same amount of calories per meal.

I was wondering what you log it under and how you determine the calories? right now I did it under kickboxing but i am not sure if this is the exact same.
