Thank you all so much! My mother in law had RNY 11 years ago and has kept the weight off for 10 years. (It took her a little over a year to lose). She said she fluctuates 5-10 pounds of her goal weight a few times a year, but other than that, it's been great!

WW is a great program if you're able to understand the points concept. My friend and I both joined and we weren't able to understand the points concept. That was the second time I joined. I couldn't agree more! I was on WW and I couldn't understand the point either. I didn't understand how I could eat x amount of points. I hated it. I liked the community feeling, and when I would make "friends" I found out that many of the people that were using WW, were tracking their food on MFP as well and they found it…

Well, I'm not proud of it, but the only "extra" i had was black olives. I never get salt on anything. I don't cook with salt either, I figure it's easier to add a little when food is on the plate.

I am talking about one of her books - the recharged book. I'm not through with it yet - hopefully this week. I use flax seed, and don't mind adding some things to what I eat, as I know there are benefits...I just don't want to be taking a ton of supplements.
