The sad part of this is not only is he sabotaging you, but he's controlling you as well. You are a grown up and shouldn't "get into trouble" for going to the gym. It sounds like there is a lot of underlying issues going on besides him being unhappy with his appearance.

It's very good - I'm just getting bored and looking for other ideas with out adding a ton more calories. I do have a medical condition that is requiring me to have this amount of protein.

This is exactly what I'm looking for. I know my protein powder is 100 calories and I'm looking for other things to add it to.

Just to clarify...I am supposed to have 63 grams per day not at once. I get the unflavored whey protein from our cheese factory that is 100 calories and 24 grams of protein per serving. I put in the packet flavoring that can range from 10-20 calories

Be careful with the amount of sodium in the frozen meals. I used to like Lean Cuisine Steamers that were inspired by the Top Chef meals. They were great and usually on sale at Walmart. I love these ideas :) I have such a hard time getting my protein in, that I put the greek yogurt, unsweetened almond milk, and a scoop of whey protein powder in. I buy mine in bulk from the cheese factory (WI Lady here) and it's less expensive then buying the flavored kinds.

Salads are amazing, wraps, you can also do a cold salad (like chicken, turkey, tuna) and put it in a leaf of lettuce and wrap it up so you don't have the empty carbs from a tortilla wrap.
