Hello :)

I recently got the Vivofit for Christmas and am very curious about how it works with knowing the calories you burn when doing something other than walking. I don't have the heart monitor with this version.

    Without the HRM, you have to manually log the activity. (this goes for other activity trackers as well....although some don't have the option of a linked HRM so your stuck always manually logging anything that isn't step based.)

    Oh and if you ever want to add the HRM, look for it on amazon. The soft strap model is $54 right now and regular strap is $36 (although it was $30 not too long ago...compared to $60 straight from Garmin).
