So far ive lost 46 pounds. From 320 to 274. My goal is 240. I exercise. Drink lots of water and try to eat as much fruit andveggies as possible. I seem to get by on 1200 calories a day.

Nice work on the weight loss! Might be worth reading up on the forums on TDEE though - total daily energy expenditure. People seem to swear by calculating your TDEE then knocking 20% off it because you do eat more and lose weight more slowly, but you don't go crazy doing it and you can keep it up for longer. Anyway, do whatever works for you - we're all different and I have succeeded both ways - and good luck with your continuing loss0
