Goal reached. 174 pounds lost

I hit 190 pounds today. Just a couple days shy of one year. Time to figure out how to maintain. Ill start by adding 300 cals a day to my food intake and see what that looks like and then adjust from there.

    Good for you. Doe season just started here. I haven't hunted since I lost my hubbie. It sure will be easier to pack your deer out now that you have lost so much weight. Cardio and strength training all in one. LOL :happy:

    WAYYY TO GOOO!!! just a word of advice, I wouldnt add 300 Kcal per day immediately... Id go conservatice and do 100-150 every week to make sure it aligns with your current TDEE

    You should be very proud of yourself. Be careful and don't let the weight creep back on. It is so easy to do. If you look at this like a lifestyle change you will be fine. Just keep logging and weighing the successful people seem to be here for years even after their goal is reached. Congratulations and Well Done!!!!
