I used TRX in AFG for 7 months and noticed a lot of changes in strength and appearance. Getting back to it with their 12 week program.

Hello all! Hanging on the the last few months of my 30's... I figured I'd hop in early. Started a new career 6 months ago and it is swing shift.... it is kicking my butt. I agree with above post. You need plenty of water ( 8 cups recommended a day). Also, have you recently cut back on caffine?
