Hey! This is exactly my goal. I am in! CW:180 GW: 140

Actually, you may want to eat more. It sounds silly, but as you lose, you have to re-evaluate your BMR. Your body burns calories more easily and you may be at a stall because you aren't eating enough and your body feels starved. I always stall at around 140 and I up my calories to 1400-1500 and lose the last bit. I am…

Well, hello.

Hi! I am Casey. I am 30 years old and I live in South Georgia. I am a mother of 5 and I am also a behavioral therapist. I am currently doing PiYo with some TurboFire mixed it. My breaking point was when I could no longer wear any of my clothes because I was too fat. I am constantly up and down on the scale. Now that I have…

I sent you a friend request! Anybody else can add me if you want :) I am 30 years old and have about 20 pounds to lose. I am doing PiYo. I am tired of being up and down and I am ready to lose this weight for good now that I am finished with college :)
-
Yay!! I just ordered PiYo!! I am a beachbody coach, too. And, I already have a coach. But I would love to do PiYo with others!! I am so excited! I love Chalene!

If you are still hungry, then I would slowly increase calories 100 at a time. 1200 is very low and I don't last long there, especially when I am exercising. As far as free exercise, I would check out bodyrocktv

I want active friends!!! Add me!!! :)
-
I would like some more motivational friends as well. Add me! :)

You should also think about switching up your routine. When you hit a plateau, that means that something needs to give. I always plateau at the 140 mark. Try to add some strength training while increasing your calories by 100 or so, give it two weeks and see if you lose more.

You look so much younger already! You look fab! Keep up the great work!!
-
Let me know when you have a specific start date. I have Insanity and the results are amazing! I would love to do it again.
-
If you are not starving yourself, then your body will not go into starvation mode. Even though it is much debated, it doesn't matter when you eat food or how big/small the meal or meals are. As long as you are eating within your calorie range and exercising, you will see results.

I want to live a long time.
-
If you are very stressed, then try to take it out in your workouts. That's what works for me. Also, try to eliminate any sources of stress in your life that you don't need. I hate yoga, but people swear that it is amazingly calming.
-
You look amazing!! What an inspiration!

Looking at your diary, I would say that you aren't eating near enough to fuel your body for Insanity. I have done Insanity twice. Also, when you work muscles, you retain water, too. Just give it some time. And my honest opinion-eat at least 1500 calories a day to fuel those intense workouts. I had amazing results and got…

I didn't eat the food on the meal plan, but I did eat 1200 calories per day. I lost 7 pounds from the inferno and have kept it off. I am currently in the 13th week of TurboFire and I have lost 23 pounds.
-
I have lost 23 pounds in 3 months. You can do it!!
-
Agreed.
-
It's all about accountability and not letting one bad day ruin it for you! :D
-
I agree. I wouldn't drop your calories too low because your body needs enough fuel and calories to maintain muscle. If you don't eat enough, you won't see much progress muscle-wise. Plus, your metabolism is probably through the roof.

egg whites. You can have lots for small calories.
-
You eat a lot of bacon. I hope that's turkey bacon. Drink more water and you won't feel hungry all the time. It can keep you from boredom snacking.
-
It's about not letting that one cheat meal turn into 2-3 days or more of binging. If you overeat and drink one day, just wake up the next day and keep on going. Your fitness journey is life-long. There will be ups and there will be downs. As long as you never give up, you will get there.
-
I carry my weight mostly on my thighs and butt. I just continue working out hard with cardio. My coach says that it's important to drink a lot of water to reduce the appearance of cellulite.
-
I usually work out first thing in the morning. And I can't eat until at least an hour after I workout. I started drinking lots more water, so I feel full I guess. I usually never have a problem eating. lol this is new for me. I am sure I will want to eat everything in sight when that time of the month comes.
-
I have been feeling the same way. I think it's more mental for me because I am so ready to lose this weight. I just can't eat if I am not hungry, though. So, I have tried adding more skim milk to get some extra calories in.
-
Yes. It's annoying. I have 5 children, so people expect me to be obese. I love my body at 155 and at 135. But, I love the look in my husband's eyes when I put on a short dress for a date night when I am at 135, rather than jeans and a t-shirt at 155.

You should "check-in" and update your goals. If you have already done that, I would recommed switching up your current exercise routine. You need variety. Your body gets used to the same repetitive exercise. Try adding some strength training a couple of days a week. Or add some HIIT training. HIIT is amazing!! It will…
