Wow thanks for the replies guys Im trying to have a deficit of 1000 calories daily from my 2600, but i eat more when i exercise to keep it at as close to a 1000 i can Is this ok or is that to much of a deficit or to many calories daily Thanks

Thxs for the reply i row a hour a day for 2 days then a day off then repeat

I work as a courier so i don't burn much in the day but i do 5 hour rows a week burning anywhere from 700- 900 calories a hour Im 6ft 44 and weigh 214lbs and my bodyfat guesstimate is about 20% maybe lower

Did a reading on http://scoobysworkshop.com/ and got this Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) 2014 Daily calories to maintain weight (TDEE) 3474 Daily calories based on goal in step 6 2606 Does that sound about right? Thxs

Im rowing and burning around 800-900 calories a hour

Im in the same boat i lost 10lbs in 3-4 weeks but the last 2 weeks nothing. I think its because im not eating enough calories so my metabolism has slowed right down I used the MFP and it has told me i need to eat 1300 calories daily. as well as exercise 60 min a day to lose 2lbs a week, its got to be wrong im a male 6ft…

Im interested in this as i always go over my Fat Burning zone, but a lot of people say its better to work out in the anaerobic zone for fat burning as u burn more fat when u have stopped exercising
