  • The Herbalife is not a long term solution. I do understand that. It is a way to jump start my weight loss. I've been doing "decent" with my eating, and swimming 3-4 times a week. I know the scale isn't everything but I want to see it move. And it hasn't moved since I've been swimming. So, this is to jump start the weight…
  • Hi there! I just started back on MFP. I'll be 34 on Saturday with a 2 1/2 year old daughter. I have about 135lbs to lose! I know we can do it if we put our minds to it!!!
  • Very well said.

  • Congratulations for getting back to your journey. I can't even begin to tell you how many times I've joined Weight Watchers and cancelled and rejoined, and cancelled. It is embarrassing. The important thing here is that you're back......to do it again....and let's make this the FINAL time!! Get back to basics! Start with…
  • Congratulations!! What an amazing accomplishment!! Can you elaborate on how you've gotten to this point? I'd love to hear about your journey. What worked? What didn't work?
  • I have a 20 month old daughter. Getting back on the wagon after I gained back what I had lost before I got pregnant, plus some. Now at my highest, looking to get healthier before baby #2. We would like to get pregnant sometime next year. I'm looking to drop at least 50lbs, but my ultimate goal is 120lbs. Starting with…
