  • I would go three day to start, I just went from 3 days a week to 4 and it is a big difference, Last week I did 5 days. I asked my coach if he felt I was ready to go to more than 3 days a week. Just something to think about.

  • I am in my second month of Crossfit I go 3x per week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. off days I swim Sunday I do Hot Yoga.
  • Completed my first RX today, Hanging Cleans and Burpees , 135LBS 15 Burpees 3 rounds First time doing Press Jerk, 165, 175, 185lbs for 3 (could have done more but got a little scared)
  • I have been doing everything barefoot, for now..
  • I know 4 people that had lap band, 3 put the a large portion of the weight back. Because after they lost the weight they went back to drinking soda and eating crap and none of the 3 did or now do any exercise.

  • Zumba is awesome and a lot of fun, its all how much you put into the class. I just wish I was Spanish so I would have rhythm and knew the basic moves. Its is not for just ladies there are about 4-6 guys that do Zumba classes regularly.

  • Did hot yoga today, sweated like crazy, My Crossfit Gym has it every other Sunday. I have done regular yoga before in an air-conditioned environment. I prefer the hot yoga, The only thing, that when the instructor came buy and was very hands on with adjusting me, I felt funny that I was sweating so much.
