It was an old entry of mine. I do have a scale by now. I use it for chicken and such, but continued using old entries. Today was my first day not having carbs for lunch or dinner due the macros issue. I do usually have 2/3 cup of rice for lunch and a hot and spicy lentil soup for dinner

Thank you all. I've done insanity many times, I'm a huge fan of it, but now I have a toddler and not the time, I hate it. The first month might would do, but the second would push it. I love shaun t2, so I'll give t25 a go.

Alright super info on this one :) thank you I think i am going with LMC, it suits my wallet better. I figured if i get challenge packet, then i got one free month of Shakeology, and i would take it in the second month. i do wanna know what everybody is talking about :)

Hey I am a 5 am er.. I tried doing my workout later on t=in the day, but it makes me feel sluggish.. BEsides i have more energy thruout the day. I am doing Insanity, and wouldnt change a thing about my 5 am time :) But it is not for everybody, you just need to find your right time :)

The same here. I lost 16 lbs, changed my lifestyle 100% but my pants are still tight. not that they were to much of a small number before anyways. I dont see it. It is very frustrating, but keep on doing what you doing. Are you doing any workouts?

I did also started Insanity two years ago, but quit close to being done with month one.. I set myself up for failure, i stopped to many habits at once.
