Not seeing my weight loss

I have lost 18 pounds so far, but my pants fit the same and I don't see a difference. When will I start to see some changes? I went from drinking 4-5 cokes a day to none at all and I have been strict about what I eat, and I know the scale shows progress, I just wish I could see something changing.

The same here.
I lost 16 lbs, changed my lifestyle 100% but my pants are still tight. not that they were to much of a small number before anyways. I dont see it.
It is very frustrating, but keep on doing what you doing.
Are you doing any workouts?0 -
yes, 30 min a day, 5 days a week. Plus I am doing the 30 day squat challenge.0

I lost about 40 before I started to notice changes. From what I've seen/read it varies from person to person. You're doing great so just keep it up and let the good times roll0
