I had always fantasised about what it would be like to be skinny, and how good I'd look. I hadn't been a "healthy" weight since I was about 9 maybe, so I often romantisized the idea of being skinny throughout my teenage years, and always tried to depict what I'd look like or hazzard a guess. And even through the thrill and…

I've recently turned 20 and lost just over 60lbs in total, and am now looking to tone up :) I've submitted progress blogs from day one, and will offer motivation where I can! Feel free to add c:

I've passed my WL goal, so from now until 2014 I just want to tone up a little and have a good Christmas break! Any weight that gets put on over the holidays is fine by me, I can just work it off in the new year :)

I feel exactly the same! I have always been a little chubby and dablled in the overweight part of the BMI chart, but when I got into the obese section I couldn't believe it. Weight creeps on so easily and a lot of the time you don't notice - but the great thing about it is when you lose it, you definitely notice! Good luck…

It's great to have such a network of people looking for the same thing - I've added everyone who has posted, hopefully we can all help one another (add each other too) :)

I'll help? :)

I'm having the opposite problem - I can't actually eat the whole 1,200, but not because I'm not eating enough, it's just what I'm eating is all lower fat options. For example, Warbuton's Weight Watchers bread is about 51 calories a slice whereas normal bread is around 100. I eat a good amount of food, just low calorie…

I'm with ya sister! I weigh 202lbs at the moment, or at least around that. A few weeks ago I got down from around 218 to 196 but then went on an all inclusive holiday and well, here I am :( My target is 159lbs or somewhere around there, I'm 5ft 8/9 and am (sadly) quite big boned so I don't know how realistic I'm being!…

I've logged mine as making a new exercise, couldn't be doing with all the converting! I think it burns around 325 calories, depending on how hard you work at it and how much you weigh. I've been doing the DVD since February about twice maybe three times a week as well as eating grilled chicken and salad for dinner, and…

I think maybe you should try measuring yourself. I learnt a while ago that watching your weight dip isn't actually that beneficial as you're gaining muscle mass etc. which weighs more than fat. So back in February I started using a tap measure to track my waist, hips and bust changing - and it really helps! I didn't step…
